1. Charge the Sleep Pad for at least 3hrs
2. Delete the app and reinstall it to re-enable appropriate permissions
3. Log back in
4. If a Firmware Update is required, simply follow the steps.
Be sure to leave the Hapbee App open and on screen.
The update will run and then the pad will shut down and turn back on again after a reboot (much the way a computer does after it runs an update)
5. Once completed, you should be able to connect and enjoy the Smart Sleep Pad for at least 30hrs on one charge.
