Can I wear it while I run or workout?

Absolutely, Yes you can!. Your adrenaline should already be pumping when you are running. We recommend you try Relax after your run to help your muscles relax.

Can Hapbee be used without the App?

No, the Hapbee requires the App to function, however, once a Blend has started, the Hapbee will play a Blend in its entirety even if the device that the App is on isn’t present. So you can go ahead and start a Blend and simply walk away from your pho

No, aside from the small vibration when turned on, starting or ending a session, the Hapbee is completely silent.

How long is the warranty on my Hapbee?

The limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one year (the "Warranty Period"). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the device. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion

Even though the Hapbee is somewhat resistant to water, we don’t recommend wearing it in the shower, pool or any other body of water. Try to keep your Hapbee dry.

What is Dark Mode?

Dark Mode will allow you to still use the Hapbee while keeping the glowing Hapbee logo and green (or red) indicator light off so you can get that deep sleep you’ve been dreaming of! The lights only turn off once the session starts.

What is Terminal Mode?

When Terminal Mode is on, the app does not require Bluetooth to play a Blend. You will still require Wi-Fi or data connection to start a Blend.

How do I turn Terminal Mode on or off?

To turn Terminal Mode on or off, click the menu (three lines at the top left), then click devices, then click on the device you would like to use, from there, you can toggle Terminal Mode on or off.

What is Haptics Mode?

Haptics mode allows you to feel the device vibrate to let you know it is connected, started or ended a session. You can choose to have this function on or off.
