What is the Sleep Pad warranty?Updated 2 years ago

Hapbee warrants that your Hapbee Sleep Pad is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of your first use of the Hapbee, as described above (the "Warranty Period" and the "Limited Warranty"). If your Hapbee becomes defective during the Warranty Period, Hapbee Technologies will replace your Hapbee Sleep Pad at no additional cost, subject to the conditions listed below. If you violate this Limited Warranty, Hapbee Technologies will not repair or replace your Hapbee Sleep Pad. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred. Any Limited Warranty replacement Hapbee Sleep Pad is warranted for the remainder of the Warranty Period for thirty (30) days after you receive your replacement Hapbee Sleep Pad, or for the length of time required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

You must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Limited Warranty:

- Be the Hapbee Sleep Pad's original owner, which means that the Hapbee Sleep Pad being replaced was originally paired with the Account associated with that Hapbee Sleep Pad.

- Maintain an active membership with no outstanding balances or unpaid fees;

- Have a valid Payment Method on file in the event that a $50 restocking fee ("Restocking Fee") is assessed (as Hapbee is currently unable to process Payment Methods over the phone)

 

This Limited Warranty excludes:

– Lost Hapbee Sleep Pad

- Any unauthorized product modification

- Cosmetic destruction

- Damage or failure caused by misuse or malfunction, normal wear and tear, improper or negligent use, improper or abnormal use, or any use contrary to Hapbee Technologies instructions.

- Accidental damage or failure, acts of God, unauthorized commercial use or tampering, abuse, neglect, theft, unusual atmospheric condition.

- Unauthorized repair or use of parts not originally intended for or compatible with the Hapbee Sleep Pad.

- Any change to the factory model name or serial number.

This Limited Warranty provides the purchaser with specific legal rights; however, you may also have other rights that vary by state and may result in the termination of this Limited Warranty.

PROCESS FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

 

You must contact Hapbee at or visit us at https://help.hapbee.com to request a warranty replacement, after which Hapbee Technologies will send you a replacement Hapbee Sleep Pad as well as a return shipping label for the defective Hapbee Sleep Pad.

 

If the defective Hapbee Sleep Pad is not returned within thirty (30) days of receiving the return shipping label, Hapbee Technologies reserves the right to charge you the Restocking Fee for the unreturned Hapbee Sleep Pad. If you do not return the Hapbee Sleep Pad in the manner described above, Hapbee Technologies reserves the right to charge you the Restocking Fee.
