To initiate a return please visit the Hapbee returns tab on our help section at https://help.hapbee.com. Once you have logged in please select the order you wish to return with all the information requested.

Once this information is received, we will email you a Prepaid Return Label. Return Shipping is Free from within the continental Unites States. For international orders, the return label cost is $20 to cover the costs of international shipping. This amount will be deducted from your credit card refund. Any shipping costs paid for express or international orders are not refundable. We cannot accept postage-due or collect packages and cannot refund return shipping costs other than the Prepaid Return Label.
