EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are having any hardware or software issues, our Hapbee team is here to assist you within 1 year. If one of our Sleep Pad experts is unable to fix your issue remotely, we would be happy to send you a replacement Hapbee free of charge. Please contact [email protected] or visit https://help.hapbee.com/ to have our team help you out.

 

In order to initiate an exchange, we will provide you with a Prepaid Shipping Label for the Sleep Pad you are exchanging. The Sleep Pad you are exchanging will need to be repackaged in its original box with the accessories included and put in another outer box. Once the Sleep Pad is packaged you will then need to print the return label and tape or apply it to the outside of the box. Once this process is complete, you can drop it off at your nearest shipping location. There will be no payment required at the shipping location as the label will be prepaid. Once this exchange is scanned in at the shipping store, it will trigger the shipment of the replacement Sleep Pad. We retain the right to limit the number of exchanges per customer.
