In order to initiate an exchange, we will provide you with a Prepaid Shipping Label for the device you are exchanging. The device you are exchanging will need to be repackaged in its original box with the accessories included and put in another outer box. Once the wearable is packaged you will then need to print the return label and tape or apply it to the outside of the box. Once this process is complete, you can drop it off at your nearest shipping location. There will be no payment required at the shipping location as the label will be prepaid. Once this exchange is scanned in at the shipping store, it will trigger the shipment of the replacement device. We retain the right to limit the number of exchanges per customer.
