Setting Up Your Hapbee Neckband
How do I set up the Neckband?
Charge it fully (about 3 hours)
Turn it on
Open the app
Follow the Bluetooth pairing steps
Pick your signal and press play
How do I know if my device is playing?
For the Neckband, the Hapbee logo light will "breathe" (slowly fade in and out) while it's active. You can also check the app to see what signal is running. Prefer it dark? You can dim or turn off the light in the App Settings.
Setting Up Your Hapbee Sleep Pad
How do I set up the Sleep Pad?
Plug it in
Pair it through the app
Choose a sleep signal (Deep Sleep and Bedtime are great starters)
Set your timer
Press play
Place it under your pillow

How do I update firmware?
If there's an update, the app will let you know. Just make sure your device is connected and charged, and follow the prompts.
Battery Life
Neckband: Up to 18 hours (even longer with the light turned off via the app) Sleep Pad: Up to 5 nights on a full charge
Can I use Hapbee while charging?
Yes! Feel free to play signals while plugged in.
Troubleshooting
My device won't pair—what now?
Make sure your Bluetooth is on
Ensure the device is charged
Keep it near your phone
If it still won't connect, restart both your phone and the Hapbee app
