Continue the trouble shooting steps from 1 to 4
1. Refresh Subscription Status
Already purchased? To sync your subscription:
Tap the refresh button on the banner (version >3.5.0)
or pull down on the screen
2. Check Your Login Email, try logging out, then back in with your purchase email.
Make sure youāre logged into the app using the same email you used to purchase your subscription. If youāre using a different email, the app may show your account as āunsubscribed.ā
You can check your current logged in email and subscription status on the profile page.
3. Reinstall the App
Uninstall the app completely
Reinstall the latest version (3.5.0)
Make sure the old version is fully removed before reinstalling. Once logged in, your Profile section should no longer say āunsubscribed.ā
