Hapbee orders are packaged and shipped from a facility located in Ohio. Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. It takes the courier 24-48 hours to activate the tracking information before you can see movement.

As for international orders, these packages go through customs checks which take 3-5 business days to clear depending on the destination country.
